Problems with AUJP on 27SF5112

I can not figure out for the life of me why this bin file programmed onto a 27sf512 chip will not run the car properly. The car will start up fine but when you go to rev it up it starts to backfire and not run properly. The car is a 92 z28, 5.7 that came from the factory with the aujp bin. Im trying out the S AUJP and am not having any success. Ive tried stacking the bin and burning and that did not help. Has anyone else had problems getting there 91 or 92 z28's to run on the 27sf512 chips?

I've used them for multi .bin loading a fair amount. You at times have to **erase** them. Load a .bin with FFs and burn it. Then retry your stacked .bin

Thanks for the offer grumpy but i am a little over 4.5 hours from you and that is too far for this problem. Tuning is not my problem, just the 27sf512 chip in this 92. I have used this chip in my 89 iroc many times and the 92 just does not want to run using it. Ill keep working on it and figure out what i need to do to make it work. Thanks again
