300hp tbi Hypercrap cant get right

my friend/co-worker has a 87 1/2-88 K5 Chevy Blazer. He just bought a new motor for it from Precisionengines.com. His prom has been to Hypertech (its local to us-Memphis) 3 times now and they still arent getting the prom right. Does anyone have any info i can give them for what to do. This is a custom prom and they are tailering it to his specs. They said they will do anything to it he's ask. Its one of his friends. This is the info on the truck:

87 1/2-88 K5 Chevy Blazer
Original motor was-350 w/TBI w/700r4

New Motor:
Roller 350c.i. 300hp 2-bolt main
-6cc dished pistons
9.0:1 cr
14102193 87'-up, 1.94 I-1.50E valves, 76cc cbr
Edelbrock Performer Intake w/ 670cfm Holly TBI
Crane Cam lsa 112*
I 214* .465"

adv. 288* adv. 465"
Stock ignition
High Flow Cat
Flowmaster Cat-back Exhaust
3.73 gear 4x4

Thats all that i can think of now. Any other info in available

Hello Bri3212 I am sorry to tell that Hypertech will NEVER get the prom Correct, they might get it to Ok or so it will run but Not correct. You need to get a ALDL Cable & Laptop, then drive the car while data logging with TunerPro or Moates Software, Learn how to burn your own Proms that way you can make adjustments then drive the car and compare datalogs. Also Read This.
