Code 32 - Not the same old questions..

I'm systematic having a code 32. (EGR). I disconnect the battery and I can live 2 or 3 days without the code. Then it will reappears again. I tried to stay WITHOUT this code for 2 entirely weeks the last time, but now I have again this code.
There is no doubt I have a problem with the EGR valve or solenoid.
My question is: If burn a chip with the flag code 32 unchecked I can get rid off the SES light, but the problem still be there. If I disable totally the EGR, changing all the related parameters and tables I will have a car that acts different from a car with the same Chip EGR modification but with a EGR system originally operating properly?
I explain:
My car is the car A
The other car is the car B
The car A has the EGR problem described above.
The car B has an EGR system perfect.
The A owner disable the EGR via chip modification
The B owner disable the EGR via chip modification
The two cars runs the same (EGR speaking)?
Disabling EGR via chip for me means:
Flags:
-Remove the flag on the Error code mask relate to 24 to 34 errors.
in this case I will remove the falg from the 32 only.
The effect on this will be that NO MORE 32 CODE wil be displayed.
The problem with the EGR exists, but you wiil be not have the warning on your SES light.

Constants:
EGR diagnostic min. veihicle speed. Stock speed is 30 mph
I put it 255 mph
Egr Enable min. MAT temp. stock is -17.50 (Deg. C) It will be 151.25.
EGR % TPS Enable Threshold decreased to 0% (from 3.91% )
EGR % TPS Disable Threshold decreased to 0% (from 3.13% )
Tables:
EGR % Duty Cycle vs. RPM vs. MAP table decreased to 0% EGR Duty Cycle Multiplier vs. temp decreased to 0
Posted this question on another form without success...
Thanks

What year is the car, what make is the car, and what engine is in the car? What you have posted gives us nothing to go on.

In any case I'm not here searching info on how to solve the 32 EGR code, I'm here asking you (experienced chip burner) what's the difference on burning a chip disabling the EGR totally - performing the modifications on the chip explained above- on a perfect functionally EGR system car and on a car with problem on EGR like mine.
I repeat:
My car is the car A
The other car is the car B
The car A has the EGR problem described above.
The car B has an EGR system perfect.
The A owner disable the EGR via chip modification
The B owner disable the EGR via chip modification
The two cars runs the same (EGR speaking)?

I don't have egr, but a quick search on code 32 and why it comes in will tell you.

So it depends on why the code is coming in. Simple to check really.

You might need to change your SA if you disable EGR

Even though the ECM will no longer operate the EGR valve, if the valve is bad and leaking there is still a problem.

Two common EGR valve problems are pieces of carbon holding the valve open and the valve getting sticky and not fully closing.
