BLM's say rich, WBO2 says lean

BLM's say rich, WBO2 says lean
Just what the subject says, I've been using winALDL BLM + INT data to tune my 350. Recently, I installed a WBO2.
When the car hits closed loop, BLM's start falling -- as far down as 115 at idle. But the WB shows A/F ratio between low 15's to high 16's.
Im inclined to believe the WB, but has anyone ever heard of this before ?
