blm stuck on 114 at idle?
383, TPI, SD, 7730 ecm.
Im have been working on my VE tables and have noticed that no matter what I do it seems that my BLMs are stuck on 114 at idle.

What .ecu are you using? Are you tuning the VE lower table in the 600-1000 range at 30-45 kPa? Are you waiting for closed loop to turn on? Is learning activating? Are other cells changing? What happens if you reset your ecu (disconnect the battery)?

I am using Super-8dm2.ecu
Yes I am tunning in that range. The Closed Loop is on and the Learn control is Enabled. The other cells are changing. I have not tried reseting the ecm...
Also how long does it take the ECM to learn a new chip?

How drastically are you changing those points? I've seen some pretty steep VE changes around idle to get BLFs up - like a difference of 10 from the cells around it sounds familiar at least when dealing with non-stock setups and roughed-in tuning.
Once learning activates, it should start immediately incorporating the Integrator into the block learn.

I had similar problem on one car, check the BPW while your scanning if they drop and BLM is the same, bad O2 or bad injector.
(my case 2 inj. was bad...)
