Dumb BLM question

I read in Traxions FAQ post the answer, but for some reason, I want to make sure of something.

Will 128 BLM ALWAYS reflect 14.7 A/F ratio? Or whatever your Target A/F ratio is set to?

No, the BLM's will reflect what the O2 switch point(s) is set to. These are calibration parameters usually in the form of some lookup tables along with separate terms for idle.
