Need help installing $58 code

I know this is probably very simple to some of you BUT, I'm not very good with computers. Not good at all! I'm running the Tuner Pro RT software. So I need alittle help........

If you get a bin file from a sy/ty it has all the code on it. The p4's have all the code in the eprom, this way it's as easy as selecting a bin and burning to be running different code. Mind you that some code uses different inputs/outputs so some repinning might be in order. I'll let somebody else explain that as I'm not familiar enough with it.
