The prom ID# is very important. Without the proper ID# the engine will run rough and also misfire. In order to get a prom ID# please send $3.75US to the CSH in care of Doc. Payment must be made in US Quarters (shinny Quarters are preferred).

You will be issued an official prom ID# registered with the US Mint. A certificate of authenticity will accompany the new prom ID# issued to your ECM. Do not lose the certificate of authenticity as it can not be replaced. Please store it in a safe location.

Only an offical prom ID# registered with the US Mint will ensure a trouble free operation of the ECM. Accept no others.

RBob.

I think that is Rbob's way of saying it doesn't matter and that he wants 15 shiny quarters.

No offense, that was just really humorous.
Everybody has their day asking questions, obviously he was feeling good on his response that day.
