EGR enable temp question

I was looking through the stock AXXF Bin and I noticed somehting wierd. the EGR enable min. MAT temp is set to -5.50 degree C. I am using the super $8D ecu file by the way. shouldn't this be much higher? I thought egr was supposed to kick in around 170 degree F, which would be like 76.66 degree C. got any ideas here?

I checked a AXXF bin and a AXCN bin I have here. They both use the bin value of 46 for MAT EGR enable. That converts to a temperature of 15 c (59 f) . The MAT value is the inverse of the ADC counts. In the ANHT hac there is a table that can be used for an easy conversion. Search for 'RAWADMAT.'
