Alright to start off I have a TBI chevy truck that I just swaped a vortec in and noticed the Tunercat software for my truck states that one of the ECM constants is fuel cutoff RPM which is at 5100rpm or so. The problem with that is the vortec is just starting to pull strong at that range. Will I have to let somebody else burn a custom PROM or can I handle this myself with a different program?
