Does ALDL mode reset/ignore learned BLM's

Hi guys, does using a 10k resistor across A and B (and then removing it once the data is transmitting) reset or ignore the learned BLM's in the ECU during datalogging? It seems like every time I run the car after having set ALDL mode (and then removed the resistor), the idle is really low and unstable in open loop, and like it's relearning itself as it warms up into closed loop. Anyone else noticed this?
