EPROM Editors analysis\feedback\vote?

Just wondering if there has been any articles comparing all the eprom editing software out there.

I've read lots of pro and con statements and it seems everyone has been satysfied with their choices. I have come to the conclusion there are really no bad editors/software packages.

Has there ever been a test or survey like in "Chevy Power" magazine for TPI manifolds?

Has anyone used all of the major issues like TunerPro/TunerCAT/GMEPro/WinBin, etc. ?

What is the consensus here in this forum?

Thank again!

As a matter of principal I've not nor will I ever use GMEPro.

Other then that, I've used everything available and some stuff that never went public.

Nowadays, they're all so good, that it's just a matter of personal preference IMO.

Tunercat, has been here since day one, and contributed ALOT to making .bin editing affordable.
Tunerpro can be freeware, if you don't mind waiting for the popup to end.

After a while, you'll probably use some/ one of all of them.

To as much as one can use the demo versions I am getting a feel for the TunerPro and TunerCat and have yet to decide what to buy.
What is the princip behind the GMEPro? Is it a story you can repeat in public?

thanks for your input.

It's just been called to my attention that I made a mistake here, I was thinking GMPCM, when I typed GMEPro. GMEPro was around during the early days, and was a huge contributor at DIY-EFI, and helped alot with originally figuring out the GM ecms.

GMPCM is a product that I'll never have anything to do with.

Thankfully they went out of business.
