AE tuning -- quite confusing with MAF 6E

Hi guys, I read funstick's stickied post on AE tuning in MAF but I am hesistant to touch it because I'm still not quite sure what to mess with first. I have a Stealth Ram on a 327 and it drives excellent except for two small things:

1. Launching gently to avoid wheel spin and then hammering it causes a moderate bog, and then the engine recovers pretty quickly. There is no pop through the intake, so I feel the car is probably too rich in this case. PE was invoked. I am reducing PE at low rpms and I'll see if this helps.

2. lightly increasing the throttle while cruising causes the INT to spike temporarily. There is no noticeable driveability problem associated with it, but it looks like my AE is a little on the lean side. The question is, what do I touch in 6E related to AE first? I don't want to make this a lot worse before it gets better (although without a wideband O2 this seems to always be the case).

I get what the AE vs lv8 and coolant tables are doing, but what about Accel Enrich%BPW Factor vs Async Pulse? This has values of 0.5 in the stock cals.

pull the Ae vs tps and also the delta flow change and plot them via 2d tables. it will become alot clearer then.
