Buring $6E bin to 87 GTA
I am going to be burning the $6E bin to my friends 87 GTA. He removed his AIR pump, a/c, and his key does not have the VATS chip on it.
Is there anywhere in TunerPro RT that i need to disable the AIR pump, or the A/C. I see the VATS enable flag, but unsure about the others.

In TunerPro RT, in the constants tables, i see three constants that deal with disabling the A/C above %TPS, above delta %TPS, and above coolant temp, i could set these all at 0, then the A/C should never try to turn on, even though it is not connected, right?
But what about the AIR pump removal?

I am using the ARAP bin. I am looking in TunerPro RT 4.0, and it has a flag for the VATS and constants for when the A/C turns off, but nothing about the AIR pump, i just set the A/C constants to zero so it never tries to turn on.

You don't typically need to do anything for a removed AIR pump. At best, you can only disabled the divert solenoids. That can be accomplished by simply unplugging them.
For A/C, again, simply having it disconnected disables it. The high pressure switch is inactive, therefore the A/C will never turn on.
Regarding VATS, just uncheck the VATS flag in the bin.
