When I run BLMs at 121 at highway speeds ( 1600-1800 rpm @ 50-60 kpa ), I can use as much as 42 degrees of spark advance. But when I tune the car to run at 128 BLM I got spark retard at the same area. That dont make sence to me. As I am in closed loop the ECM should compensate the rich 122 BLM so that the AF is 14.7:1 ?
The BPW is the same. I dont know what my nock count is. I can log the car on 2 diffrent occasion, with the same IAT, same engine temp, same road. And one time I get spark retard, the other I dont..

If only the knock where somewhat consistent, then I should be sure it whas false knock. Now it comes and goes, wicked....

i think I got it sorted. what I did whas to give the engine more fuel at low kpa scale, 20-30kpa, even thou I dont se that low map at 1700rpm it helped with the spark retard. so I whas wrong the KS whas right.
