pulse width

Hi,

I've searched around but come up with different answers to a few questions...

Could someone please tell me how the pulse width is calculated in the TBI computers (8063 specifically)?

How does the injector bias affect the pulse width?

Is there a minimum pulse width that the injectors can deal with?

What is "wrong" with being in asynchronous mode?

Thanks.
