Need Help....

I have a '91 Camaro Z28 and the only thing that I have done to is so far is put a new 2 1/2 in. pipe to a 40 series Flowmaster and out of that to 3 in. tips. I have everything else stock and I am contemplating putting a bigger cam, lifters, springs and rods in the 305. It was mentioned to me that I should just replace the chip and not do anything to the cam and that the chip would free up a good enough amount of horsepower. I don't want to do anything really major to the 305 because I will be buying a 350 from a friend of mine and will keep the 305 for backup. What I want to know is ;

Is there anyplace I could buy a chip that was already burned for my car or do I have to burn my own?
What else would I have to do to make sure the car is doing what the new chip is telling it to do?

Thanks in advance

Kenneth

Burn your own. It will quickly become apparent to you that no one can burn a chip for your motor, with out having it right there. Everyones set up is different. (even two stock set ups are different.) Anyone that claims they can burn you a "Custom" chip, specifically for your motor, is lieing.
