Autoprom Simultaneous Emulating and datalogging problems.

When I am simultaneously emulating and datalogging using the Autoprom on my friends 87 GTA i am having some problems. I can emulate fine, and i can datalog fine, sometimes. However, when i do both, after i update the bin, which is a $6e with an ARAP bin with the vats disabled, i will often get a trouble code 51, which is a prom trouble code. What could be causing this. After that happens, the emulating stops working, and the datalogging stops working.

I am using TunerPro RT, and the $6e.ads file.

And the Code 51 isn't thrown when you make emulation changes without datalogging? That doesn't make much sense.

In any case, Code 51 suggests that the checksum is not correctly being updated. I'd suggest disabling it entirely by uploading 0xAA to the mask ID byte (that one that normally contains 0x6E).

Will tunerpro do that automatically if i disable the check-sum?

Yes, if the settings for it are correct (they default to $6E, so they probably are).

You can also do it manually.

Nevermind, i just answered my own question when looking in tunerpro.

Anyways, once i get that trouble code, or sometimes when i don't it seems like the datalogging and emulation just time out and stop working, what could cause that?
