91 speed density tunerpro rt datalog files, need help analizing them!!!!

test is bascially from full cold start to full warm up
test 3 a few wide open throttle passes.
I dont know what to look for in reading the data, I know my car runs high on hydrocarbons because i just recently failed emissions by double the limit and you can smell the raw gas fumes around the car while ilding and so forth.
