730' Pci connection?

730' Pci connection?
When i removed my calpack tonight i noticed somthing i havent seen before. With the access cover off looking next to the 40 pin slot it almost looks like a PCI 1.0 connection like the ones on older motherboards. Does anyone know what this is? I have posted a few pics below.

Who's to day what the feature may hold.
In doing repair diagnostics, I'd expect there would be access to everything the ecm is thinking about.

Someone with a lot of hardware design skills could use it to make an expansion I/O board or a super fast data logger like the lockers but until someone does that, it's useless to us.
