wierd problem, car going rich after 5500 and strange DYNO outcome.

It looks like larger injectors are still needed.

So I doubled em.... Have done it in the past.... If I can recall I glued them together between water and intake ports, just not the narrow section. - Wish I knew how longs its been like that....
Yeah, inj are deffinetly needed still, and have been for last 4 years. But hey, it was working well so I rolled with it.
It was one of those things on the to do list that got overlooked over the years.

Still dyno output seemed low, far as im concerned - its been like that for a pretty long time. But, its been 4 years on this combo and had broken (2) dist. grears in it just after it was built.
Till I found mini ram had it sitting about 1/4" to high - and that was before I was using 2 gaskets for the record.
So time to tear down and see the damage from all the abuse,
I am over all the dyno stress,
Thanks for all the help.
Here is an interesting read from Precision industries web site about loose converters on the dyno, pretty mush explains what happened to me:

Did the dyno you went to use the wheel speed as the RPM input, or did they put an inductive clamp on a spark plug wire? That should make a pretty big difference there.
If they used the wheel speed, they would have had to either A) Calculate the roll to engine ratio by knowing your gear ratios, or B) Autocalibrate it by (i.e.) holding the RPM at 3000, telling the software that it's at 3000, and hitting "ok" like what our mustand dyno does. That RPM can be changed, also. If the TC was slipping a lot during that calibration, or if they weren't very careful, it can affect the readings, but probably not by 50-75hp.
An RPM pickup from a spark plug wire shouldn't have that error, automatically, but I can't say I've compared the two on the dyno (becuase the dyno we used in the US doesn't have that pickup).
