changing prom id's from $42 ,$A0 to $AA
Can I change my prom Id's on my bin file to $AA to get away from the checksum? I read that If your prom Id at $004 was $AA that it meant that the program was considered to be engineering code / mode and would scip the checksums.
Also when I check my readings on my car/truck/jeep with my ez-scan 3000 it gives me a prom id #, is that the # in decimal or what? Cant remember but one was like 1021 or something close to it.Thanks in advance for any info in advance.
