When I open up a xdf file in tunerpro I see I can edit the constants , flags and tables. Now If I want to delete something say from my constant table does it delete it totally from the bin file or just where you will not see it when you open up that particular xdf.

Like for example I run a fuel only system (only for a bit longer) so the spark advance constants do me no good. So can I just delete it? Also if I can get rid of a table or what have ya', would I zero it out or just leave it alone and remove it? Its like the AE tables I asked about , you can zero parts of it out but have to keep some too and they have to be in the right locations or else. As always folks thanks in advance for any info.

Removing the item from the XDF has no effect on your chip. It simply removes TunerPro's ability to edit that particular portion of your chip.

Your bin contains the actual data the car uses. The XDF contains information that translates that information to make it editable by you, the user.
