Problems with POCKET PROGRAMMER 2...

ok i bought the pocket programmer 2 (parrell port) with the uv eraser. I went to the xtronics website and downloaded the software. I also have tunerpro rt with a ALDL cable. i have a jet chip that i want to edit (uv chip)

my qustion is can someone please write up some very a step by step instructions on how to view the chips internal stuff, ive tried for a couple hours and came up with nothing

There's plenty of info on the repective website's and in the help tab.
You have to get the software set to the correct chip size.
27C256 IIRC. Then read the chip with the PPII.
Then save the bin.
Then open the bin in TP.
You need to have the correct xdf selected in TP for it to display correctly.
I forget what the good public xdf is. But Super_8Dm2 is a good start.
It was in .ecu format only. Which means you'd have to import it.
Look under xdf for import....
You might have to dig around on Moates or TP's sites to find that one.
I don't recall what is included with TP.
