Non VATS equipped 89-92 TBI car?
Does anyone have a PROM for an 8746 ECU (89-92 TBI) that doesn't have the VATS? I put one in my '88 Camaro that doesn't have VATS and the damn thing won't start. Opened the PROM image up in CATS and it doesn't allow for turning that on and off. If you could direct me to where I could find one, or E-Mail it to me, damn...that'd be cool...

According to Painless Wiring the PROM for a TBI w/o the VATS is GM part #16139566.
