I live in Ct and need a custom burned chip, but dont have the time (going to police academy) to learn programming when i have laws to learn. Anyhow, if anyone is from Connecticut, I'll be glad to meet you and have you burn me a chip for what ever youre asking. Everyone here seems to be very strongly opinionated on having custom chips burned, when the burner doesnt even drive the car. So, if anyone is from my neck of the woods, by all means, tell me.
