maf w/ supercharger? need tips and suggestions

I have a 1986 305 Iroc. I am running the stock computer with a ported mass air flow sensor. Sensor flows 750cfm. I will soon be running a ATI procharger with 18psi boost (if all goes well). With the ATI system the maf goes inbetween the intercooler and the TB. What is the best way to calibrate the ecm and prom. Custom prom, aftermarket tuning (which I am not familar with), piggyback Speed Density at WOT, or speed density alltogether. I would like to keep the maf system if at all possible. I like the way it self-adjusts to different temps and airflow. Any tips and suggestions would be helpful.

Think Speed Density.
Think Syclone.
Might visit www.syty.org and look into the 1227749 ecm.
For that much boost you'll be pegging the MAF at 2K rpm, in all probability
