Where did all the 89-92 TBI bins go ?

Where did all the 89-92 TBI bins go ?
I can't for the life of me find one for an 89 RS. I know 89-92 are the same... but gmecm's FTP site has nothing. Anybody got one stashed away somewhere ? lol
