Maf sensor use
Has anyone ever thought of using a maf sensor as a flow bench sensor to record flow data on a laptop? I may be way off the deepend on this but I would think it could be done with the proper calibration using a manometer. I figure the orifice for the maf flows plenty of cfm for a cylinder head bench.

That was a thought as well. Im seeing it requires lots of calculations.

Yep.
Gonna use a Ford MAF thou. Reading a straight voltage rather then the new GM signals is easier, IMO.
And it'll make for a neat way to actually check if a VE table is close to being correct.
