85 ECM bin
85 ECM bin
Anyone of you has the 85 ecm bin and could share it with me? I've been looking around and still can't find it...I did found the prom bin for 85, but not the ecm bin. If I'm not mistaking it's the 7805 ecm.
Thanks

What is the Broadcast Code you've got?.
the who the what? brodcast code?
Sorry I'm very new at this...
what I got is an 85 Z28 TPI. I don't know what the ecm# is. I did find a sticker that had fallen off, there's a bare code and the #'s are:
860021M511438430
On the left top of that same sticker, there's also a #
16050021
I don't recall seeing any other # on the ecm itself...I'll go check tomorrow.
Thanks

A 85 TPI ecm should be a 870 ecm. the last 3 digits post on a sticked on the ecm. if its still there. Try and look for that.

Blade,
I checked you archives, it's great! but I'm still missing the ECM file for the 870 ecm to use with WinBin. Your link to your ECM file is not accessible....
and my ECM sticker is gone, the only refference I have is an 85 vette chip that I baught thinking it would work with camaro...silly me...on the box it says
122-7805 Calibration unit, and all I know is that they used the same ecm's in both cars (I checked ecm part # with GM, they are the same).
Thanks guys
