MAF Scalar Q

I need to add a bit ( around 7% or so ) globaly to my MAF tables to get in the ball park, but the upper values of the MAF tables are topping out.

Do I need to bump the scalar up to raise the max flow for each table so I can do it, and if so, what reprocusions does that have?

Done correctly, none.
Just be sure the first, and last entries from table to table are equal.
