I'm ready to order TunerCat(been lurking here for a while learning, and I wondered if they have a phone number to place credit card orders - I haven't seen one on their website. My Paypal acct is maxed and I'm not comfortable giving them my bank acct number to continue use of their service. Thanks for any info - I'm sure you'll be reading more of my "newbie" questions here soon.

 

I am not sure about the phone number, but you could send them an e-mail stating your request. They will tell you if they can handle credit card orders directly, or if you must use Paypal or pay by cheque/money order.

You do get a 30 day trial offer, and a few people have talked nicely to TunerCat and gotten the proper TDF for evaluation purposes. If you have a "cheque in the mail", they probably would be quite agreeable to this. But send them an e-mail (link is on their web-site) and give it a whirl.

they generally try to get the mail 2x a day. But, folks do have a life, so things can vary from time to time.

I ordered a 8D def file 2/7 (paypal receipt) and still havent got it! I've emailed them several times and NO answer. Do they have a vacation or what???

Try sending him a Postal letter.
There's always the chance his ISP is ignoring your's.
There are alot of ISP's just blocking whole .coms rather then addesses right now. Or so it seems to me.

He did mention one coming up, but I dunno if he's on one right now.

 

He has answered my email before..... And I live in sweden so it would take a week to send him a letter............. I'll try to email him again from a diffrent adress....
