conversion formula??Kpa-"hg

I am using $8D (90 SD)and am trying to understand the VE table and need to convert my Diacom "mercury vacuum reading to kilopascal, for use with the turner cat tables.
this does not seem to be the most presice way to determine engine vacuum but it is what it is. thanks for any help.
Looking forward to the next Traxion installment thanks, Mike

Mike,

This is easy. Diacom will display the values in kPa. I can't remember the exact place in diacom but I think that it is Options->Units->Metric. Change it from English to Metric.

Forget in. Hg...too inaccurate. The ecm thinks "kpa", so set Diacom to Metric as Traxion suggests and life becomes easier.
