16136965 ecm

could anyone give me any information, or where to find some, on this ecm, pinouts or maybe where to start with making a tunercat definition file for it. It is from a 93 caprice L03.

I also have this ECM, no realy hacks, no TDF's, its got some nice features, but its mostly a dead end.
