there are many names some are free some arent. What is the best?

From what i have seem, tunercat is the catass hands down IF you can run Windows 95 or greater. Now if your limited to a Dos based program you will probly want to run GMEpro. Of course there is another program for Windows 95, its called WinBin(its free, Tunercat isn't).
