What programmer should I buy?

I want to start buning my own EPROMs, but I don't know whick programmer and where to buy. Please help. Also what BIN reading software, and EPROM eraser do you reccomend.

Have you read the "Prom Burning Introduction" (link above)? It lists all the various equipment and software.
