Special TDF for SD ecms....

I have defined the "Mag Bit switch" in a special TDF that I created called "XXX.TDF". It contains the Mag Switch (plus some other useful switches), the controls for "Low Octane" that I mention in another post, plus a few other interesting Constants to help control other things like your BLM and Decel.

I have forwarded this to TunerCat for incorporating into future releases of the 8D.TDF. TunerCat and I had a discussion on this a while back as to what would be the best way that this "experimetnal" tdf could be distributed to other 8D.TDF users. After some discussion, TunerCat agreed that if I forwarded these "experimental" TDFs to them, they would gladly forwarded to other 8D.TDF users simply by contacting them and requesting it. It is "experimental" and it is a "additional" tdf to the 8D, it does not replace it.

Also, I have created a version of the 8D that displays Farhenheith instead of Celsius in the temperature contstants called 8D4.tdf.

If you wish to get a copy of XXX.TDF and/of the 8D4.TDF, just e-mail TunerCat and explain that you heard that Glenn91L98GTA from www.thirdgen.org has submitted these two "experimental" TDFs and you would like a copy of them. Just remember they are "experimental" so any errors are not TunerCat's problem. But, I am sure the TunerCat would be interested if anyone notices any errors in them.

Please do not contact me directly for these TDFs as I agreed with TunerCat that they control the distribution. But for all registered 8D TDF users, these are available for FREE!

Glenn, have you given any thought to putting these changes into the .ecu files as well?
