Does changing the BPW from 135 to 134 make that much difference??

Does changing the BPW from 135 to 134 make that much difference??
In ANLU (Cop car) the BPW is set at 135 and it has 65 lb/hr injectors and 45 more cubes. Now my stock bin has a BPW of 134 with 40 lb injectors and it's a 305. Does a change that minor have that big of an impact?
