prom questions... making a the awks .bin work in a 7747 ecm

One of the members here was cool enough to give me a couple of his bins for his 305 which is very similar to my motor....

355, holley 670 cfm tbi, holley fuel pump, holley projection efi manifold, l-79 cam, 10:1, camel humps, headers and 3" single. He said do this...

Use the $61 code to open the .BIN I have given, in order to make the tables work in a 1227747 copy and paste the VE & Spark tables into the $42. The codes are not compatible with each other as far as putting an 8746 based prom into a 7747.

Can somebody walk me through that I am new as new gets to this.... i am using the pro prominator and tunerpro. Where do i get these codes and how do I use them?

Should I shell out the $$$ and just get a better tuning program?

I just opened that bin without any codes(don't know what they are or where to get them or how to use them) and used the 7747 xdf... it said the .bin loaded sucessefully but i doubt it got the modified ve and spark tables in there... somebody help me please.
