Vpp too high on read,,,,,Is file still good?

Vpp too high on read,,,,,Is file still good?
I read the Chip at 25v and the vpp is 21v is the file that I read from the eprom good or is it bad?

I wouldn't trust the chip if anything looks odd. Just go to diy-efi.org and look through the ftp for it. If its anywhere it will be there.

Thanks but the bin for it is not there, i checked there first. That's why I'm hoping that the one that i reaad is good. I think my $42 TDF file is bad because I get a Runtime 53 error whenever I try to load it in my Tunercat prog (It's registered). I guess I'll have to Have Tunercat Email me a New one.
