ARAP & Highway mode - mpg test....

Car: Camaro IROC-Z '89
Engine: 350 TPI /w Procharger P1SC
Transmission: TH700R4 with Transgo shiftkit
Axle/Gears: 2.77 Borg Warner
ARAP & Highway mode - mpg test....
Hi!
Is there anyone that would like to help me change one value of my bin file to enable highway mode?
Thing is, I've read the threads about this, and came to the conlusion that in order to enable it, I also need to change the minimum enable rpm, which is originally set to 6350, and I'd like to chaneg it to 1700.
This cannot be done with Winbin, so therefore I am going to register Tunercat.
Problem is, it takes at least a few weeks to get my Paypal account validated, which I need to register Tunercat, and I am going on vaccation on 2:nd of July, and would like to see if I get a lower mpg with highway mode (This is a 400+ mile trip, so it'd be good for statistics!).
If anyone feels like helping me out, email me, do not reply to this. I already have my own bin so this is not begging for bins, merely begging for help to make a change to my existing bin before my vaccation trip!
