Slight increase/decrease in air cause bog?
I recently swapped out my SLP CAI for a homemade style intake with a tiny filter on the end.
Not sure if I'm getting more or less air now, but I've noticed a bog when I hit the gas from a stop.
Could this sole change have affected my current tune that much?
I'm not equipped to datalog at the moment, but thought I'd ask in general if this could be the cause of it and what I might need to adjust.

Yes. Very easily. Tip-in/AE are very sensitive to airflow/filtration ability.
