Ok...im lost on a couple of things here doing a '870 -> '730 conversion...

On the '85 ecm I have the following pins that are un-used and the Haynes manual is no help and the info I have seems to be insufficient.

B6 (vats)
B9 (N/C on the conversion info I have)
B11 (N/C on the conversion info I have)
B12 MAF signal

C1 Fan control
C7 (N/C on the conversion info I have)
C8 4th gear switch
C11 (N/C on the conversion info I have)

D4 EST Control
D8 (N/C on the conversion info I have)
D9 (N/C on the conversion info I have)
D11 A/C pressure switch
D12 (N/C on the conversion info I have...for this one it says for the '870 -> '165 it goes to A11 and then from the '165 -> '730 it says N/C)


Remember I am putting in a '730 ecm into a '85 L98 MAF car. I know vats has to be disabled so I will disable that when I burn my chip.

I got the info from the guy with the '85 Camaro's site and something seems to be missing in the '85 ecm diagram and '730 diagram.

CHECK the '870-'165 conversion out. There's a slight wiring difference between the 'Vettes and F-Bodies as noted in the re-pinning.
