CODE 33

I still get a code 33 periodicaly with the arap code. could my ram air be causing too much air to enter. I think i may edit the rpm vs air flow table to be more liberal. I know i am working on my cable for craig motes software but need to go slow i don't have much patience for small electrical wiring. do you guys have any suggestions?

Ok, i changed the rpm vs. air flow to an unreasonable # and this made the problem even worse. i don't know why it would do this but i definitly did. Sometimes it runs perfect but other times it barely runs at all. why would this do this. if the maf was bad i would think the car would always run bad or always have the error code. When i get my cable built what should i look for in craig motes software to determine or figure out the problem. this also did this with the stock computer chip.

1. I doubt its a prom problem.
2. I haven't seen a stock or even moteratly modded 305 break the 255gm/s limit.

I would troubleshoot the actual code 33 and then go from there. My IROC would do the same thing before I swapped to Speed Density. Now I just get 43 when I throw the knock sensor code due to my "playing" with the chip.

How do i trouble shoot the code? I have replaced all relays & set the tps, what can i look for i craigs software?
