I'd like to open up my BIN file in WinBin to look/experiment with it. (My car is a 1986 Corvette w/manual 4-spd & OD; alum head L98). I couldn't find an ECU file to match my chip (AMJ 0499 in a 1227165 ECU), and ZaphodB suggested I ask: "try to find out if a chip for an auto needs any further modification than setting the manual transmission flag and raising the idle RPM, if thats all that is needed (and I think it is!), you might wanna try the ARAP $6E code, because that one is real easy to work with and real good..."

I have his files here. Does anyone know if there are any other changes that need to be made to use this in a manual trans???
