PE delta AFR tables additive?

In 8D I see two tables for changing the PE AFR, AFR vs RPM and AFR vs Temp. Are the values of these two tables added together? If so then what is the scaling factor(s). For ANHT temp change is 22.66 percent in the normal operating temperatures AND the RPM change is 12.5 pecent at 3600 rpm.

So if you add these two percentages together you get 35% change to AFR. That would try to make the PE AFR 9.55. That seems WAY too low.

Search the board for AFRTuner. A nice little app written by a board member that makes the job easy for editing those 2 tables. If the VE table is accurate, the AFR values you enter with this program will be accurate.

I'll find that app.
Thanks.
