disabling VATS... No options in the 'flags' tab

disabling VATS... No options in the 'flags' tab

When I start up Winbin, I can see/modify everything but the flags. There are no options at all in the pulldown menu, and there is no text next to the check boxes. Have I done something wrong? I'd really like to disable the VATS considering that at the moment it's being tricked by a circuit I built.
I have an '89 TPI, I'm using APYP_7165_89vette.ecu

You're using an old/inferior version of the ecu file. Go to: http://www.area51.org.il/~zaphodb/gmecm/
and download the zip file 6Ev007.zip or the actual ecu file 6Ev007.ecu. You'll be amazed how much has been added and corrected.
