Is this normal

when my 1988z28(maf) is ideling my blms are just about 128/128 but the o2 readings are bouncing anywhere from 150-760....what would cause this? or is it normal?

I wanted to add that this only happened in closed loop.....while in open loop the reading is steady .460 +/- .07

That's normal.
The 14.7 AFR stuff is kind of miss leading. It's an average of 14.7 that the ecms maintains. It *toggles* the PW of the injectors to do this, so you see the O2 voltages bounce around.
