Converted to SD from MAF. Change TPS?
Ic thats the Maf is .54 but most non adjustable SD ones are around .65. Should I leave mine at .54 or move it up? Does it make a differance? Or should I just change everything in the chip?

You should be fine. The nice part about the speed density's (at least on the 7730) is they are "auto adjust", meaning the ECM takes the low reading from the TPS and uses that as it's "0%" value. As long as your TPS hits at least 4 volts at WOT, then everything will be fine.
