Just starting out in tuning....Idle speed adjustment help.

I have an '89 Corvette Auto. Lingenfelter says the LPE 211/219 cam I put in it will idle good at 750rpm. So, I want to change my chip so that my target idle is increased to that. I am using tunerpro with the 6E xdf file and ARAP.bin. Am I correct in assuming the table I want to adjust is the "Idle RPM vs Coolant Temp" one? Stock is listed at 575rpm for most common operating temps in that table. Also can someone explain the difference between "Idle speed adder park/neutral" and "IAC Target Speed Deadband for Park/Neutral" I am assuming Idle speed adder adds 50rpm in park / neutral, what does the Deadband one do?

Thanks in advance...

Correct on the idle RPM vs CT.. There may be one for P/N, one for drive, or it may be taken care of with the idle speed adder. donno about the other one. My guess is whatever the deadband is, is what the ECM will ignore.

So if your desired idle is 600, and your deadband is 100, and you're idling at 700, it won't care enough to try to change it.

The P/N adder is how much will be added to the target idle when in P/N.
The deadband is how much error the iac will ignore I believe.
The IAC code is exceedingly difficult to follow.
